3.4 檢驗檢疫機構發(fā)現(xiàn)正在患檢疫傳染病
的染疫人時，應立即將其隔離。

3.7 檢驗檢疫機構應當阻止所發(fā)現(xiàn)的患有
艾滋病、性病、麻風病、精神病、開放性肺結
核的外國人入境。
3.7 The inspection and quarantine authority shall prohibit
foreigners who are victims of AIDS, venereal disease, leprosy,
psychosis, open tuberculosis from entry into China.
3.8 對前往境外傳染病流行地區(qū)的出境人
員，檢驗檢疫機構建議進行免疫接種。
3.8 The inspection and quarantine authority shall recommend
that inoculations be administered to people bound for areas infested
with epidemic outside China.
4. 旅客和機組人員攜帶入境物的檢疫要
求
4. Quarantine requirements for articles carried by
passengers and crew upon entry
4.1 攜帶微生物、人體組織、生物制品、
血液及其制品等特殊物品的，攜帶人必須在入
境時向口岸檢驗檢疫機構申報、提供審批文件
并接受檢疫。未經(jīng)檢疫的，不得攜帶入境。
4.1 Persons carrying microzoaria, human tissue, biological
products, blood and hemoproducts shall, upon entry , declare to the
port inspection and quarantine authority and provide at the same
time authorization document and accept quarantine. Unquarantined
products shall not be admitted into China.
4.2 攜帶允許進境的動植物、動植物產(chǎn)品
和其他檢疫物，攜帶人必須在入境時向檢驗檢
疫機構申報并接受檢疫。未經(jīng)檢疫的，不得攜
帶入境。
4.2 Persons carrying animals or plants, their products or other
quarantine objects allowed to enter the country shall declare to the
inspection and quarantine authority, and the said items shall be
subject to quarantine inspection by the inspection and quarantine
authority. Un-quarantined animals or plants, their products or other
quarantine objects shall not be admitted into China.
4.3 國家禁止下列物品入境：
1) 動植物病原體（包括菌種、毒種等）、害
蟲及其他有害生物；
2) 動植物疫情流行的國家和地區(qū)的有關動植
物、動植物產(chǎn)品和其他檢疫物；
3) 動物尸體；
4) 土壤。
4.3 The State prohibits the following objects from entering
China:
1) Pathogenic microorganisms (including seed cultures of
bacteria and viruses) of animals and plants, insect pests and
other harmful organisms;
2) Relevant animals and plants, their products and other
quarantine objects from countries or regions with prevalent
epidemic animal or plant disease;
3) Animal carcasses;
4) Soil.

4.4 禁止攜帶水果、辣椒、茄子、番茄以
及中國政府公布的其他進境植物檢疫禁止進境
物入境。
4.4 Fruits, chili, eggplant, tomato and other plants or plant
products, which are prohibited from entry according to
announcements of the Chinese Government, shall be denied entry.
4.5 禁止攜帶中國政府公布的禁止攜帶進
境的動物、動物產(chǎn)品和其他檢疫物入境。
4.5 Animals, animal products and other quarantine objects,
which are denied entry according to announcements of the Chinese
Government, shall be prohibited from entry into China.
4.6 攜帶植物種子、苗木及其他繁殖材料
進境的，必須事先提出申請，辦理檢疫審批手
續(xù)。
4.6 Prior application for approval shall be filed in advance for
carriage into China of plant seeds and seedlings and other
propagating materials.
4.7 攜帶犬、貓等寵物進境的（每人限帶1
只），必須持有輸出國（或地區(qū)）官方動物檢
疫機關出具的檢疫證書和狂犬病免疫證書，入
境后需在檢驗檢疫機構指定的地點隔離檢疫
30 天。
4.7 Carriage into China of pet such as dog, or cat (one pet
only per person) shall be accompanied with pet health certificate
and immunization certificate for the rabies issued by the competent
authority of animal quarantine of exporting country (or region).
Upon arrival, the pet shall be quarantined for 30 days in an
isolation facility designated by the inspection and quarantine
