2.1 航空器停場(chǎng)費(fèi) 2.1 Parking charges of aircraft
停場(chǎng)時(shí)間超過兩小時(shí)不足24 小時(shí)，按24
小時(shí)計(jì)算。每停留24 小時(shí)按起降費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的
15％收取。停場(chǎng)2 小時(shí)免收。
15 percent of the landing and take-off charges is levied for every
24 hours or part thereof in excess of 2 hours. No charges are levied
for parking 2 hours or less.
2.2 機(jī)庫存放費(fèi) 2.2 Hangar charges
航空器的所有者或使用者可與航空公司

The owner or user of aircraft may contact Airlines or the

is charged RMB90 Yuan for aerodromes management and
construction fee.

6. 豁免、減免
6. Exemptions and reductions
6.1 外國國家元首或政府首腦專機(jī)按對(duì)等
原則收取上述第1 款及2.1 款所列收費(fèi)。
6.1 Special flights for heads of states or governments will be
charged for fees listed in item 1 and item 2.1 above on a reciprocal
basis.
6.2 急救、救災(zāi)飛行免收上述第1 款及2.1
款所列收費(fèi)。
6.2 Fees listed in item 1 and item 2.1 above are exempted for
first aid, rescue and relief operations.
6.3 從事訓(xùn)練、試飛、表演飛行的航空器
起降費(fèi)按起降費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的50%計(jì)收，其他收費(fèi)
按規(guī)定計(jì)收。
6.3 50 percent reduction of the landing and take-off charges is
granted to aircraft engaged in training, testing and air show, with
other charges being collected on the regular basis.

7.1 指定航空公司經(jīng)營的定期航班，所有
費(fèi)用應(yīng)按月支付給中國航空結(jié)算中心。如果用
戶是國際航空運(yùn)輸協(xié)會(huì)清算所成員，中國航空
結(jié)算中心將通過清算所向用戶收取款項(xiàng)。

7.1 For scheduled flights operated by designated airlines, all
fees shall be paid to the Accounting Center of China Aviation
(ACCA) on a monthly basis. If the user is a member of IATA
Clearing House, payment will be made to ACCA through IATA
