A. Installation of the Pressure relief Valve 3067GM
(1)
Remove the blanking plugs.
(2)
If removed, install the new back-up rings (5) and the new square seals (6) on the bobbins (4) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).
(3)
If removed, install the bobbins (4) with the back-up rings (5) and the square seals (6) in the pressure relief valve (7) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).
(4)
Install the new back-up rings (3) and the new packings (2) on the bobbins (4).
(5)
Carefully install the pressure relief valve (7) on the manifold (1).

Put the bonding strap (10) in position and install the washers (9) and the bolts (8) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(7)
TORQUE the bolts (8) to between 0.8 and 0.9 m.daN (70.79 and 79.64 lbf.in).
(8)
Mark the bolts with PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-010).

A. Installation of the Pressure relief Valve 3067GM
(1)
Remove the blanking plugs.
(2)
If removed, install the new back-up rings (5) and the new square seals (6) on the bobbins (4) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).
(3)
If removed, install the bobbins (4) with the back-up rings (5) and the square seals (6) in the pressure relief valve (15) (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).
(4)
Install the new back-up rings (3) and the new packings (2) on the bobbins (4).
(5)
Carefully install the pressure relief valve (15) on the manifold (1).
(6)
Install the washers (14) and the bolts (13).
(7)
TORQUE the bolts (13) to between 0.7 and 0.8 m.daN (61.94 and 70.79 lbf.in).
(8)
Mark the bolts with PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-010).
(9)
Attach the bolt (7), the bonding straps (8) and (12), the washer (11) and the nut (10) to the bracket (9) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
