寶鋼研制出大飛機鈦合金結構用鋼
2008年 4月 16日 ,寶鋼新聞中心透露 ,大型飛機起落架用 300M超高強鋼、四大牌號鈦合金結構用鋼已由寶鋼研制成功 ,與大飛機項目相關的發動機用特種鋼材的研發 ,也已全面展開。起飛總重量超過 100噸的軍用、民用大型運輸機和 150座以上的干線客機 ,每架需用高溫合金、鈦合金近 100噸 ,起落架用特種高強度鋼約 15噸。

摘 要 :微型渦輪發動機 (M TE)可作為各種新型無人機、微小型導彈的高速推進動力裝置 ,但微型化可能給發動機各部件匹配工作帶來包括傳熱效應在內的特殊影響。針對微型渦輪發動機 MTE2110 ,建立了基于發動機部件特性的總體性能模型 ,并在此基礎上分析了可能的傳熱效應對壓氣機特性及整機性能的影響。在
MTE2110的地面臺架運轉試驗中 ,測量數據顯示傳熱效應使壓氣機的實際溫升比絕熱溫升增加了
30 %,對壓比影響不大 ,因此顯著降低了壓氣機效率。通過在壓氣機靜子上采用隔熱技術后 ,MTE性能得到顯著改善 ,設計轉速下的實測推力提高了 23 %,達到了 96 N。
Abstract : Micro turbine engine (MTE) can be used as effective high2speed propulsion system for miniature UA2 Vs and missiles , but some new problems such as the heat transfer will affect the performance of MTE. Based on the modelingof a MTE, MTE2110 , the heat transfer from micro combustion chamber to micro compressor wasanalyzedandtheeffectsofbothperformancesofcompressorandwholeenginewereobtained. IntheMTE2 110 running tests on ground2stand , the measurements data showed that the heat transfer brought more temper2 ature2rise of compressor about 30 % than adiabatic one , but almost did not affect the pressure ratio. Experi2 mental results show that the heat2proof treatment to the stator of compressor can improve the engine perform2 ance greatly. The measured thrust of improved micro engine increased by 23 % and reach 96 N.
