 Make sure that the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-018) or SEALANTS
 (Material No. 09-019) does not touch the internal surfaces of the
 spherical bearing (4).

 Make sure that the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-018) or SEALANTS (Material No. 09-019) does not touch the threads of the inner ring

 (5) or the sleeve bearing (3).

 (11)
 Install the inner ring (5) in the sleeve bearing (3), using the applicable tool as follows:

for the flap track beams 2 and 3, use the R/I TOOL FLAP BEARING (98D57004033000).

 -
for the flap track 4, use the R/I TOOL FLAP BEARING
 (98D57004034000).

 TORQUE the inner ring (5) to between 4.5 and 5.0 m.daN (33.18 and

 36.87 lbf.ft).

 Safety the outer ring (1) and the inner ring (5) together with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010) around the outboard face of the flap structure (2).

 (14)
 Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-002) to the parts that follow:

the interface of the outer ring (1) and the flap structure (2)

 -
the interface of the sleeve bearing (3) and the flap structure (2).

 (1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
 (2) Install the applicable flap track beam: - for the flap track beam 2 (Ref. TASK 57-51-33-400-002) - for the flap track beam 3 (Ref. TASK 57-51-33-400-003) - for the flap track beam 4 (Ref. TASK 57-51-33-400-004).
 (3) Install the applicable fixed fairing access panels (Ref. TASK 57-55-11-400-001): - for flap track 2, install 531AB, 531BB, 631AB, 631BB - for flap track 3, install 532AB, 532BB, 632AB, 632BB - for flap track 4, install 533AB, 533BB, 633AB, 633BB.
 (4) For the flap track beam 2:
 (a) Install the applicable inboard flap (Ref. TASK 27-54-61-400-001).
 (5) For the flap track beams 3 and 4:
 (a) Install the applicable outboard flap (Ref. TASK 27-54-62-400-001).

R  (2) For the flap track 3: 
R R R  (a) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-018) or SEALANTS (Material No. 09-019) to the mating surfaces of the new bearing assembly (1), the new nut (4) and the flap structure (2).

R (3) For the flap track 4:

R  (a) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-018) or SEALANTS (Material No. 
R  09-019) to the mating surfaces of the new bearing assembly (1), 
R  the new nut (4) and the flap structure (2). 
R  (4) Make sure that the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-018) or SEALANTS 
R  (Material No. 09-019) does not touch the internal surfaces of the 
R  bearing assembly (1). 
R  (5) Carefully install the bearing assembly (1) in the flap structure (2). 
R  (6) Make sure that the bearing assembly (1) is fully engaged in the flap
