 Make sure the indicator for the center tank shows zero fuel
 quantity and an error code.
 (i)  AIRPLANES WITH ANALOG INDICATORS;
 Make sure the indicator for the center tank moves downscale
 from the value that you wrote down before.
 (j)  Make sure the fuel quantity indicators for the No. 1 and the
 No. 2 tanks show the fuel quantities that you wrote down
 before.
 (k)  Connect the connector D886 again.
 (l)  Disconnect the connector D888 at the bussing plug for the No. 2
 fuel tank on the front spar.
 (m)  AIRPLANES WITH DIGITAL INDICATORS;
 Make sure the indicator for the No. 2 tank shows zero fuel
 quantity and an error code.
 (n)  AIRPLANES WITH ANALOG INDICATORS;
 Make sure the indicator for the No. 2 tank moves downscale from
 the value that you wrote down before.
 (o)  Make sure the indicators for the No. 1 tank and the center tank
 show the fuel quantities that you wrote down before.
 (p)  Connect the connector D888 again.

 A. This procedure has two tasks:
 (1)  
A task to remove the fueling quantity indicator (referred to as the "refuel quantity indicator")

 (2)  
A task to install the refuel quantity indicator.

 (1) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
 (a)  P6 Main Power Distribution Panel
 1) EP GND FUELING
 2) QTY

Open the access door for the refuel control panel (P15).

 (3)  
Loosen the clamp screw of the applicable indicator.

 (4)  
Remove the indicator from the panel.

 (5)  
Disconnect the electrical connector at the indicator.

Connect the electrical connector at the indicator.

Install the indicator in the panel.

Tighten the clamp screw on the indicator.
