With the track (1) held against the two, top, vertical-rollers (32), move the track (1) through its full range of travel. Make sure that where the bottom, aft, vertical-roller (32) and the track (1) do not touch, the clearance (DIM. Y) is not more than 0.25 mm (0.0098 in.).
(6)
Adjust the top, aft, vertical-roller (32), if:

the friction load is more than 6.2 daN (13.9381 lbf) and/or
-
the clearance is more than 0.25 mm (0.0098 in.).

R (1) Attach a spring gage to the applicable track (1).
R NOTE : During this check keep the spring gage in the line-of-travel____
R of the track (1).
R (2) Use the spring gage to move the track (1) from its fully extended
R position to the fully retracted position. Monitor the spring gage and
R make a record of the maximum value shown.
R (3) Use the spring gage to extend the track (1) to its fully extended
R position:
R - if the spring gage pulls the track (1), make a record of the
R maximum value shown
R - if the track (1) extends by its weight and the spring gage holds it
R back, make a record of the minimum value shown.
R (4) Calculate the friction load as follows:
R - for two maximum values, the friction load is the sum of the two
R values
R - for one maximum value and one minimum value, the friction load is
R the difference of the two values.
R (5) With the track (1) held against the two, top, vertical-rollers (32),
R move the track (1) through its full range of travel. Make sure that
