R (j) Remove the screws (12) and the strips (13).
R (k) Prevent damage to the component interface and the adjacent area.
R R (l) Carefully separate the galley modules (1), (4), (15) and (16) and remove them from the aircraft.

A. Removal of the Galley Unit
(1) Open the galley doors, if applicable.
(2) Remove the Power Supply (Ref. Fig. 401B/TASK 25-33-41-991-022-A)
WARNING : WEAR GOGGLES WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE LOCKWIRE. CUT,_______ REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU.
(a) Remove and discard the lockwire from the screws (5).
(b) Loosen the screws (5) and remove the cover (4).
CAUTION : MAKE MATCH MARKS ON ALL THE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEFORE YOU_______ DISCONNECT THEM. IF YOU MAKE AN ERROR WHEN YOU CONNECT THE WIRES YOU WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(c) Remove the nuts (6), the wires (7), and if necessary the spacers (8).
(d) Remove the nuts (3), the washers (2) and the clamps (1).
(e) Remove the bolts (9) the washers (10) and the clamps (11).
(f) Remove the nuts (12), the bolts (15), the washers (14) and the bonding straps (13).
(3) Remove the Galley Supply Connections
(Ref. Fig. 402B/TASK 25-33-41-991-006-A)
WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE POTABLE WATER SYSTEM IS DEPRESSURIZED. A
_______ PRESSURIZED SYSTEM CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS WHEN THEY DO WORK ON IT.
(a)
Remove the screws (1) and the panel (2).
(b)
Loosen the nut (13) and disconnect the water supply pipe (14) from the supply connection (12).
(c)
Remove the clamps (10) and disconnect the waste water pipe (9) from the waste connection (11).
(d)
Loosen the clamp (7), disconnect the air supply hose (8) from the air supply connection (6) and remove the clamp (7).
(e)
Loosen the clamps (4), disconnect the air exhaust hose (3) from the air exhaust connection (5) and remove the clamps (4).
(f)
Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
(4) Remove the Galley Upper Attachments R (Ref. Fig. 403B/TASK 25-33-41-991-012-A)
WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME
_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(a)
Remove the screws (1) and the access panels (2).
(b)
Remove the screws (4) and the access panels (3).
(c)
Remove the quick-release pins (6) and disconnect the tie-rods (5) from aircraft structure.
(d)
Release the fasteners (17) and get access to the rear of the access panel (16).
(e)
Loosen the clamp (14), disconnect the hose (13) from the individual air outlet (15) and remove the clamp (14).
(f)
Remove the quick-release pins (7) and disconnect the tie-rods (5) from the brackets (11).
(g)
Remove the nuts (12), the bolts (9), the washers (10) and remove the brackets (11) from the brackets (8).
(5) Remove the Galley Lower Attachments R (Ref. Fig. 404B/TASK 25-33-41-991-013-A)
WARNING : SUPPORT THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY OR IT WILL FALL AND BECOME
_______ DAMAGED OR INJURE PERSONNEL. THE UNIT/ASSEMBLY IS HEAVY.
(a)
Remove the screws (16) and the strips (15).
(b)
Remove the screws (8) and the covers (7).
