(1)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Make sure that the insulation box is not damaged.
(4)
Apply SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) to the threads of the screws (4),(16) and (25).

B. Installation of the air-stop drain valve
(1)
Put the top lid (1) in position on the air-stop valve (11).
(2)
Put the air-stop drain valve (11) with the top lid (1) in position.
(3)
Attach the drain pipes to the air-stop drain valve (11) (Ref. TASK 25-53-00-400-001).
(4)
Put the bracket (3) in position on the structure.
(5)
Install the screws (16),(25), the washers (17),(26), the nuts
(18),(27) and tighten.
NOTE : The items (25),(26) and (27) are only installed in the AFT

cargo compartment
(6)
Loosely install the screws (4), the washers (5) and the insulation
plates (2). Do not tighten the screws (4) at this time.
(7)
Put the bonding strap (6) in position and install the screw (8) and the washer (7) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(8)
Connect the thermostat (14) (Ref. TASK 30-71-54-400-001).
(9)
Put the sides (9), (15) in position. At the same time put the wire
(13) through its related hole in the side (15).
(10)
Put the bottom lid (12) in position.
(11)
Put the straps (10) around the insulation box and make sure that the center strap is between the insulation plate (2) and the brackets (3) and (19).
(12)
Tighten the straps (10). NOTE : Make sure that the straps are not too tight and that the
____ insulation box is not compressed. Make sure that there is no gap between the joints.
(13)
Connect the wires (13) of the heating disk (Ref. TASK 30-71-55-000-001) at its terminal.
(14)
Tighten the screws (4).
(15)
Apply the STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-006) to the fasteners and all other connection elements.
(16)
Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-005) to the material applied to the fasteners and the connection elements.
5. Close-up

Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the floor panels 131TF, 132TF in the FWD cargo compartment (Ref. TASK 53-22-14-400-001).
(3)
Install the floor panels 151AG, 152AG, 151BG, 152BG in the AFT cargo compartment (Ref. TASK 53-42-14-400-001).

The FWD cargo hold is in Zone 130 between the fixed partitions FR24A and FR34. The FWD cargo hold is specified as the FWD cargo compartment. The FWD cargo compartment door which is found between FR24A and FR28 gives access to the FWD cargo compartment . Included in the FWD cargo compartment are the subsequent linings:
