When you use the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004) or the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004A):
1_ Apply a layer of the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material
No. 08-033) to the seal (1).
2_ Put the seal (1) in position and align the holes in the seal
with the pre-drilled holes in the panel (3).
3_ Apply a continuous force for 60 seconds over the full length
of the bonded seal (3).
NOTE : You must install the seal (1) on the panel (3) in less____
than ten minutes from when you applied the BONDING AND
ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-033).
NOTE : It is not possible to move the seal (1) after you____
install it. If the seal (1) is not in the correct
position, do the installation procedure again.
1 Apply a thin layer of the primer of the BONDING AND ADHESIVE
_ COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004) or the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004A) to the surface of the panel (3).
(c) Let the primer dry for not less than one hour, and not more than six hours.
NOTE : If after six hours you have not installed the seal (1),
____ you must remove the cured primer and apply new primer.
(d) Use a SPATULA - WOODEN to apply a layer of the adhesive of the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004) or the BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-004A) to the seal (1).
(12) Make sure that air bubbles do not show. Air bubbles are not permitted.

(13) Put the seal (1) in position and align the holes in the seal with the pre-drilled holes in the panel (3).

Push down along the length of the seal (1), and hold it in this position for not less than one minute.

Install the rivets. CAUTION : DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SURFACES. THE COMPONENTS ARE
_______ MADE OF CARBONFIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC.
(a)
Put the new rivets (2) through the dimpled washers (4), the seal
(1) and the panel (3).
(b)
Install the rivets (2) (Ref. ASRM 514200).
(c)
Make sure the rivets (2) are flush with the surface of the panel (3).
(d)
Apply the STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-024A) to the dimpled washers (4), and to the head and tail of the rivets (2).
(e)
Let the STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-024A) dry.
(f)
Apply the PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-006) to the dimpled washers (4), and to the head and tail of the rivets (2).
(g)
Let the PAINTS FOR DETAIL (INTERNAL AND EXTERN AL) (Material No. 07-006) dry.

For panel 191JB:
(a)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(b)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(c)
Connect the electrical connector to the anti collision light 6LV.
(d)
Install the bonding strap (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(2)
Put the panel (3) in position.
(3)
Install the washers (2) and the screws (1).
(4)
Make sure that the gap "x" between the panels 192AT/191AT and 192AB/191AB is 2.0 +1.5 -1.5 mm (0.0787 +0.0590 -0.0590 in.).
NOTE : A maximum gap of 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.) between the edges of the
____
two panels is permitted if:
-
the maximum value is for not more than 20% of the total length of the panel edges,
-
the panel edges and the gap sealant are in the correct condition.
(5) TORQUE the screws (1) to between 0.35 and 0.45 m.daN (30.97 and 39.82 lbf.in).
