Install the shim (16) and the bearing pad (15) into the roller support (5).

Move the roller support (5), the delrin bushing (17) and the frame

to the splined washer (14).

Install the shim (7) and the nut (6).

Tighten the nut (6) 1920 to 2280 pound-inches.

Measure dimension A.
(b)
Add or decrease the laminations on the shim until the dimension A is 0.004 (| 0.002 inch).
NOTE: If the clearance changes, a maximum clearance of
____ 0.012 is permitted if the smallest clearance is not lower than 0.006.

Apply a layer of the epoxy primer (BMS 10-11, type 1) to the shim (7).

Tighten nut (6) 1920 to 2280 pound-inches and install the cross bolt.
