 (1)
Make sure you did the Prepare For Input Parameter Test task.

 S 735-385

 (2)  
Do this test of the EFIS bus signals.

 (a)  
Make sure the EFIS transfer switch is in the NORM position.

 (b)  
Make sure the IRS transfer switch is in the NORM position.

 (c)  
Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 0, WORD 15.

 (d)  
Set the SYS DSPL switch on the ISDU to the L position.

 (e)  
Hold the DSPL SEL switch on the ISDU to the TEST position for more than 10 seconds.

 (f)  
Make sure the portable tester display is 0224 to 0301.

 (g)  
Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 0, WORD 8.

 (h)  
Set the SYS DSPL switch to the R position.

 (i)  
Set the EFIS transfer switch to the BOTH-ON-2 position.

 (j)  
Hold the DSPL SEL switch in the TEST position for more than 10 seconds.

 (k)  
Make sure the portable tester display is 0744 to 1034.

 (3)  If you will do no more tests, then do this task:
 "Put the Airplane to its Usual Condition."

Make sure you did the Prepare For Input Parameter Test task.

 (2)  
Do this test of the signals from the EIS.

 (a)  
Do this test of the N1 signals: 1) Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 0, WORD 7. 2) Push and hold the EIS PRIMARY BITE button. 3) Let the EIS display become stable. 4) Make sure the EIS shows an N1 of 106%. 5) Make sure the portable tester display is 6470 to 6513. 6) Release the EIS PRIMARY BITE button.

 (b)  
Do this test of the oil pressure signals: 1) Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 1, WORD 5. 2) Push and hold the EIS SECONDARY BITE button. 3) Make sure the left oil pressure shows 13 psi. 4) Make sure the portable tester display shows 0054 to 0076. 5) Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 3, WORD 5. 6) Make sure the right oil pressure shows 13 psi. 7) Make sure the portable tester display shows 0054 to 0076. 8) Release the EIS SECONDARY BITE button.

Do this test of the FCC bus signals.

 (a)  
Make sure the autopilot system is serviceable (AMM 22-11-01/501).

 (b)  
Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 1, WORD 14.

 (c)  
Set the trailing edge flaps to the 2° position.

 (d)  
Make sure the portable tester display is 0000 to 0266.

 (e)  
Set the portable tester to SUBFRAME 2, WORD 14.
