1. Open the circuit breakers (4FP1)  - on the upper ECAM DU, the NAV IR 1 and (6FP1) FAULT warning comes into view
 - on the ADIRS CDU, the FAULT legend of the IR 1 annunciator comes on.
 4. Fault Isolation

 A. If the FAULT legend of the IR 1 annunciator does not come on:
 - on the panel 25VU, set the INT LT/ANN LT switch to TEST and make sure that the FAULT legend comes on.
 (1) If the FAULT legend comes on:
 - replace the ADIRU-1 (1FP1) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-34-400-001).
 (a) If the FAULT legend stays off while the ECAM warning is shown:
 - replace the BOARD-ANN LT TEST & INTFC (3LP) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-33-400-001).
 1  If the fault continues:
_
 - do a check and repair the wiring of the IR FAULT WARN discrete from the ADIRU1 (1FP1) to the annunciator light test and interface board (3LP) (Ref. ASM 34-14/02).
 (2) If the FAULT legend does not come on:
 - replace the BOARD-ANN LT TEST & INTFC (3LP) (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-33-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 33-14-33-400-001):
 (a) If the fault continues:
 - replace the CDU-ADIRS (2FP) (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 34-12-12-400-001).
 1  If the fault continues:
_
 - do a check and repair the wiring of the annunciator light test and interface board (3LP) . from pin A/30 to ADIRS CDU (2FP) pin A/17 . from pin A/27 to the ground point (Ref. ASM 34-14/02).

 A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
 (1) Close the circuit breakers (4FP1) and (6FP1).

 (2) On the panel 25VU, set the ANN LT switch to BRT.
