If the local time zone difference from the zero meridian was not
correctly entered it can be changed. To alter the value, use line
select key to bring the cursor onto the ETA UTC entry field. Press
the ENTER key to advance the cursor to the time zone difference
entry field and enter the correct value.
ETA LCL - Entry of the estimated time of arrival may be made
according to the local time zone.
RESERVES - The estimated reserve fuel, which is used to compute
the MIN FUEL value.

Flight Plan Options
The FPL MENU pages allow the pilot to select various display
formats for the flight plan, and perform other functions. To access
the FPL MENU pages:
1. Press the FPL key to access a FPL page.
2. Press the MENU key.
Normal Flight Plan Display - NORMAL
Pressing the NORMAL line select key will return the display to the
normal FPL display.

Clearance Language Flight Plan Display –
CLEARANCE
Pressing the CLEARANCE line select key in clearance language,
that is the SID, Airway sequence, STAR and Approach.

Present Position to Waypoint - PPOS TO WPT
Pressing the PPOS TO WPT line select key will display distance and
time from present position to each flight plan waypoint. No changes
or entries may be made in this format. The PREV and NEXT keys
are used to page through the flight plan waypoints.
Compressed Flight Plan Display - COMPRESSED
Pressing the COMPRESSED line select key on FPL MENU 2/2 will
allow viewing of the maximum number of flight plan waypoints (up to
18) at one time. The current TO waypoint is shown on the first page
with a caret (>). No changes or entries may be made in this format.
The PREV and NEXT keys are used to page through the flight plan,
one half page at a time.

Waypoint to Destination - WPT TO DEST
Pressing the WPT TO DEST line select key on FPL MENU 2/2 will
display the distance and time from each waypoint to the destination.
No entries or changes may be made in this format. The PREV and
NEXT keys are used to page through the flight plan waypoints.
Waypoint Definition - WPT DEFN
Pressing the WPT DEFN line select key on FPL MENU 2/2 will
display the coordinates of every flight plan waypoint, or "FLOATING
WPT" in the case of procedural legs. No entries or changes may be
made in this format. The PREV and NEXT keys are used to page
through the flight plan waypoints.

Delete Flight Plan - DELETE FPL
Pressing the DELETE FPL line select key twice will delete all
waypoints in the active flight plan.
Store Flight Plan - STORE FPL
When STORE FPL line select key is pressed, the display will show
the PLT RTE screen with the cursor over the route name field. The
current flight plan is now saved as a route in the Pilot Data Base.
The destination can be changed to any eight character name to
uniquely identify this particular route.
Crossfill Flight Plan (Multiple System installations) -
XFILL
Pressing the XFILL line select key will crossfill a flight plan modified
on one system to the other. Each system may be configured to
PUSH or PULL flight plan data from one system to the other. Check
with the Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement the specific configuration.
Invert Flight Plan - INVERT FPL
Pressing the INVERT FPL line select key twice will delete any SID,
STAR or Approach from the current FPL, then invert it. The operator
must perform a manual FR/TO leg change (or go DTO) to use the
new FPL.

Flight Plan Winds
Wind information may be added to individual waypoints in the flight
plan in order to provide a more accurate estimate of the trip duration
and ETA. Once winds are entered, a manual TAS can be entered
on FPL SUMMARY page, and the resulting ETA at destination will
be calculated. Once airborne, current TAS will be assumed to be
constant for the trip, and the ETA’s at each waypoint will be
displayed.
To enter FPL winds:
1. Select FPL WINDS on FPL MENU 2/2:
2. Use the line select keys to place the cursor over the waypoints
and enter the wind direction The cursor will advance to the
velocity field
3. Enter the velocity. Use the PREV and NEXT keys to access the
waypoints.
In flight, when a waypoint with manually entered or a calculated wind
