Remove bolts that attach the support clamps to the pressure bulkhead (two locations).

 (d)  
Turn the aft shroud while you move the shroud off the flexible fuel line and remove it through the access door.

 D. Procedure
 S 424-035
 (1)  Install "section 1" of the aft shroud.
 (a)  
Put the seal gasket and the shroud on the fuel line (Views C and D, Fig. 401). 1) Move the shroud in the forward direction on the fuel line. 2) Move the shroud through the access door for the stabilizer

 trim. 3) Move the shroud in the forward direction until it touches the pressure bulkhead.

 (b)  
Install the support clamps for the shroud (two locations). 1) Loosely attach the clamps to the pressure bulkhead.

 (c)  
Align the slip joint, the seal gasket, and the shroud (View C, Fig. 401). 1) Install the mounting bolts and the washers for the slip

 joint and the seal gasket (View C, Fig. 401).

 (d)  
Tighten the support bolts for the shroud.

 (e)  
Install the bolt that attaches the bonding jumper to the aft shroud.

 (2)  Install "section 2" of the aft shroud.
 (a)  
Move the aft shroud through the hole in the APU compartment wall into the tail cone (View D, Fig. 401) while you put the flexible fuel line into the aft shroud.

 (b)  
Loosely attach the support clamps for the aft shroud (three locations).

 (c)  
Put the flexible shroud in the tail cone on the aft shroud.

 (d)  
Install the hose clamp.

 (e)  
Install the bolt that attaches the bonding jumper to the aft shroud.

 (f)  
Put the aft shroud in the correct position.

 (g)  
Tighten the support bolts for the shroud.

 (3)  Install the shroud for the APU fuel line.
 (a)  
Put the seal gaskets and the shroud (View F, Fig. 401) on the APU fuel line.

 (b)  
Turn the fuel line and the shroud while you put the fuel line into the fuel adapter for the APU shroud.

 (c)  
Align the seal gaskets and the fuel line flange with the fuel adapter.

 (d)  
Install the bolts that attach the support clamp for the APU shroud to the APU compartment (View E, Fig. 401). 1) Install the mounting bolts.

 (e)  
Install the bolt that attaches the bonding jumper to the shroud.

 (f)  
Connect the coupling for the APU fuel line to the fuel filter installation (View F, Fig. 401).

 (g)  
Connect the coupling of the APU fuel line to the flexible fuel line.

 NOTE: Do not attach the flexible shroud until you complete
____ the leak check of the fuel line.
