 and 2WL.
 - all exit marking signs come on,
 - all exit location signs come on,

 3. On the SIGNS panel 25VU: - set the EMER EXIT LT switch 4WL to the OFF position.  On the SIGNS panel 25VU:- the EMER EXIT LT OFF annunciator 5WLcomes on.
