R (1) Make sure that the access platform is in position at the access door
R 822.
R (2) Make sure that the access door 822 is open.

R C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
R (1) Make sure that the external power connector is not connected to the
R aircraft external power receptacle.
R (2) FOR 41XU1, 41XU2, 51XU1, 51XU2
R Make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in position on the
R access door 121AL to tell persons not to connect the external power
R connector to the aircraft external power receptacle.
R (3) In the cockpit, on the ELEC panel 35VU, make sure that these
R pushbutton switches are released:
R - BAT1, BAT2,
R - APU GEN,
R - GEN1, GEN2,
R - EXT PWR.
R (4) In the cockpit, make sure that the warning notice(s) is (are) in
R position to tell persons not to operate the pushbutton switches on
R these overhead panels:
R - 21VU (EMER ELEC PWR section),
R - 25VU (APU section),
R - 35VU (ELEC).

R A. Installation of the AC Current Transformer
R FOR 41XU1, 41XU2
R (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 24-22-17-991-002)
R (1) Put the disconnected cables (3) and (4) through the current
R transformer (10).
R NOTE : Make sure that the location of the cables agrees with that you____
R recorded at the removal.
R (2) Move the current transformer (10) along the cables.
R (3) Install the washers (9) and the screws (8) on the current transformer
R (10) and tighten them.
R (4) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
R (5) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct
R condition.
R (6) Connect the electrical connector (11) to the current transformer
R (10).
R (7) Install the cables (3) and (4), the washers (2) and the nuts (1) on
R the studs of the terminal block (5) and tighten them.
R NOTE : Make sure that the location of the cables agrees with that you____
R recorded at the removal.
R (8) Install the cover (7) and the screws (6) on the terminal block (5).
R Tighten the screws (6).

R B. Installation of the AC Current Transformer
R FOR 51XU1, 51XU2
R (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 24-22-17-991-005)
R (1) Put the disconnect cables through the current transformer (1).
R NOTE : Make sure that the location and the color of the cables of____
R each bundle agree with those you recorded at the removal.
R (2) Move the current transformer (1) along the cable bundles.
R (3) Install the screws (2) and (4) and the nuts (5) and (6) on the
R current transformer (1) and tighten them.
R (4) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
R (5) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct
R condition.
R (6) Connect the electrical connector (3) to the current transformer (1).
R (7) Install new cable ties.
R (8) Connect the cables (12) to the studs of the module 30XN1 (30XN2).
R (9) Install the washers (11) and the nuts (10) on the studs of the module
R 30XN1 (30XN2).
R (10) TORQUE the nut to between 1.25 and 1.35 m.daN (110.61 and 119.46
R lbf.in).
R (11) Connect the cables (9) to the studs of the module 30XN1 (30XN2).
R (12) Install the washers (8) and the screws (7) on the studs of the module
