1) 415C38, PACK TEMP CONT B
2) 415K27, PACK TEMP CONT A
C. Do the Inspection

(1)
Remove the seven screws from the forward hinge at the forward section of the ram air inlet door.

Lower the forward section of the ram air inlet door.

(3)
Do a visual inspection of the forward and aft hinges on the ram air inlet door as follows:
(a)
Make sure there is no corrosion, cracks, or wear on the forward and aft hinges.
(b)
Make sure the forward and aft hinges can move freely and smoothly.
(c)
Do a detailed inspection of the hinges if you find that the hinges have corrosion, cracks, or wear, or that the hinges do not move freely or smoothly (AMM 21-62-02/601).

Lift the forward section of the ram air inlet door into its
position.
S 426-033
(5)
Install the seven screws and tighten to 50 - 75 inch-pounds
(5.65 to 8.47 newton-meters).
D. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:

RAM AIR INLET DOOR ACTUATOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks. The first task is the removal of the actuator for the door at the ram air inlet. The second task is the installation of the actuator for the door at the ram air inlet.
B. The removal of the actuator has these steps:
-Get access to the actuator
-
Remove power from the pack control system
-
Remove the actuator.
C. The installation of the actuator has these steps:
-Install the actuator
-Retract the actuator
-Do a test of the actuator.
