 Put the insulation gasket (110) and the duct assembly (104) in position.

 (2)
 Install the bolts (101), the facing washers (102), the insulation washers (103) and the nuts (100).

 (3)
 Install the cable support bracket (109) with:

 -
the bolts (107)

 -
the facing washers (108)

 -
the insulation washers (106)

 -
the nuts (105).

 (4)
 Put the duct assembly (113) in position over the pylon.

 (5)
 Install the clamp (111) and TORQUE to between 0.56 and 0.79 m.daN

 (49.55 and 69.91 lbf.in).

 (6)
 Make sure that the clamp (111) is installed in the correct position.

 (7)
 Install and tighten the clamp (123).

 (8)
 Install the clamp (121) and TORQUE to between 0.39 and 0.51 m.daN

 (34.51 and 45.13 lbf.in).

 (9)
 Make sure that the clamp (121) is installed in the correct position.

 Put the structural rods (114), (115) and (116) in position on the duct assembly (113).

 (11)
 Install the bolts (119),the washers (120) and the nuts (118).

 (12)
 Tighten the nuts (118) and safety with new cotter pins (117).

 (13)
 For the RH wing only, do the steps that follow:
 (Ref. Fig. 405/TASK 36-11-48-991-014)

 CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE IDG CABLES DO NOT TOUCH THE PYLON
_______ FITTING. IF THE IDG CABLES TOUCH THE PYLON FITTING, DAMAGE WILL OCCUR TO THE CABLES AND/OR PYLON FITTING.

 (a)
 Install the bracket (126), the bolts (129), the washers (128) and the nuts (127).

 (b)
 Install the bolts (124) and the nuts (125).

 (c)
 Position the cable carrier (131) on the bracket (126) and install the bolts (130) and the nuts (132).

R (d) If necessary, connect the IDG feeder cables (Ref. TASK 24-92-00-R 400-002).
 NOTE : Make sure the cable carrier (131) and the IDG cables are
____ positioned correctly. This is to give sufficient clearance between the IDG cables and the pylon fittings after duct installation.
 (e) Apply a layer of STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-007) to these items:
 -nuts (127), washers (128) and bolts (129)
 -
bolts (124) and nuts (125)

 -
bolts (130) and nuts (132).

 Apply a layer of STORAGE PRESERVATION (Material No. 15-007) to these items:

nuts (100), bolts (101) and washers (102) and (103)

 -
nuts (105), washers (106) and (108) and bolts (107)

 -clamps (111), (121) and (123)
 -nuts (118), bolts (119) and washers (120)

 If you install the bleed air duct (113) that you removed before, do the steps that follow:

 (a)
 Remove the blanking cap from the temperature sensor on the bleed air duct (113).

 (b)
 Connect the electrical connector to the temperature sensor on the duct assembly (113).

 If you install a replacement bleed air duct (113), do the steps that follow:

 (a)
 Install the temperature sensor on the bleed air duct (113) (Ref. TASK 36-11-17-400-001).

 (b)
 Make sure that the electrical connector is connected to the temperature sensor on the bleed air duct (113).
