 (k)  
Install the top floating stud assemblies on clamp D (16) (which includes clips (18), blocks (19), bolts (23), and spacers (22) as shown in view J-J).

 (l)  
Install clamp D (16) on the actuator in the position shown in view F-F.

 NOTE: Do not tighten the clamp.

 (m)  
Align the lugs on bumper (15) with the bolts (23) on clamp D (16).

 (n)  
Safety the bumper (15) with nuts (17).

 (o)  
Make sure the bumper is at the dimension shown in view F-F.

 (p)  
Tighten clamp D (16) to the actuator.

 (q)  
Install the three floating stud assemblies on the clamp A (2), which includes clips (6), blocks (7), and bolts (8), as shown in view D-D.

 (r)  
Install clamp A (2) on the actuator as shown in view A-A.

 NOTE: Do not tighten the clamp.

 (s)  
Install the washers (11), and the spacers (10), on the bolts (12) as shown in view E-E.

 (t)  
Align the lugs on the electrical connector shield (1) with the bolts (8 and 12) on the bottom of the clamps A and B (2 and 3).

 (u)  
Attach the shield (1) with nuts (4 and 5).
 1) Tighten nuts (4) and (5) to 18 - 25 pound-inches.

 (v)  
Tighten clamp B (3) to the actuator. Make sure the clamp is at the dimension shown in view A-A.

 (w)  
Make sure the clamp is at the dimension shown in view A-A.

 (x)  
Tighten clamp C (14) to the actuator.

 (y)  
Tighten clamp A (2) to the actuator.

 (z)  
Attach the hydraulic bracket (13) with the nuts (17).

 WARNING:_______REFER TO AMM 32-00-30/201 FOR THE LOCK REMOVAL PROCEDURE. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (7)  
Remove the door locks of the landing gear (AMM 32-00-30/201).

 (8)  
Remove the electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 BODY GEAR STEERING ACTUATORS AND YOKE ASSEMBLY - INSPECTION/CHECK

 1.  General_______
 A.  The body gear steering actuator and yoke assembly inspection measures the fit of the yoke attachment bolt and bushings, and the steering cylinder attachment bolts, bearings, and bushings.
 B.  To do the inspection/check the yoke and the steering cylinders must be removed.

 2.  Examine Body Gear Steering Actuator and Yoke Assembly for Wear______________________________________________________________

 (1)  
Remove the body gear steering actuators and yoke assembly (AMM 32-53-11/401).

 (2)  
Do a check of the wear limits of the steering actuators and yoke, and the applicable bearings, bushings, and bolts.

 (a)  
Measure the parts as necessary and compare the measured dimensions to the limit dimensions.

 (b)  
If the part is not within tolerance, repair or replace as necessary.

 (3)  Install the body gear steering actuators and yoke assembly (AMM 32-53-11/401).
