Remove the hydraulic cart with the steps that follow:
(a)
With the rig pins removed, move the control handle to the neutral position.
(b)
Turn the valve handle for the air supply to the closed position.
(c)
Disconnect the air supply.
(d)
Disconnect the hoses (A and B) from the actuator.
NOTE: Make sure you hold the actuator adapters while you
____ disconnect the hoses and the tool adapter.
(e)
While you hold the actuator adapter, remove the tool adapter from the PF port.
(f)
Install the protection covers to the hose ends.

Remove the electrical box, if it is installed:
(a)
Push the power switch on the electrical switch box to set it to off.
(b)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the actuator.

CAUTION:_______ USE THE CORRECT ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE, AND TOOLS, FOR THE
HARNESS CONNECTOR INSTALLATION (AMM 70-24-05/201). A
LOOSE CONNECTOR PERMITS VIBRATION, WHICH CAUSES THE
CONTACTS TO WEAR AND DECREASES THE LIGHTNING PROTECTION.
IF YOU DO NOT USE THE CORRECT ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE, OR
TOOLS, A DAMAGED OR LOOSE CONNECTOR CAN OCCUR.
CAUTION:_______ EXAMINE THE HARNESS CONNECTORS AND THE MATING RECEPTACLES
FOR PINS WHICH ARE BENT AND CONTAMINATION. CAREFULLY MAKE
THE PINS, WHICH ARE BENT, STRAIGHT AND CLEAN AS IT IS
NECESSARY. IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, DAMAGE TO THE HARNESS
CONNECTORS CAN CAUSE BAD CONNECTIONS.
(c) Connect the W4P3 and the W5P7 harness connectors to the receptacles J7 and J3 (AMM 70-24-05/201). 1) Carefully push each harness connector into the applicable
receptacle. 2) Tighten the coupling ring on the harness connector with your hand only.
NOTE: The harness connector is correctly tightened when
____ the color band, which is nearest to the threads of the receptacle, does not show.

(12) Install the hydraulic pressure tube of the compressor stator cylinder:
(a)
Remove the protection covers.
(b)
Lubricate the tube adapter threads at each end with the antigalling compound.
(c)
Install the tube nut to the larger adapter on the actuator.
(d)
Install the tube nut to the hydraulic manifold tee.
(e)
Tighten the tube nuts with your hand.
(f)
Lubricate the threads of the clamp bolt with engine oil.
(g)
Tighten the clamp bolt, which attaches the hydraulic pressure tube to the engine, to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5 newton-meters).
(h)
Tighten the tube nuts to 225-250 pound-inches (25.4-28.2 newton-meters).
(i)
Safety the tube nuts with lockwire or safety cable and safety cable ferrule.

(13) Install the hydraulic return tube of the compressor stator cylinder.
(a)
Remove the protection covers.
(b)
Lubricate the tube adapter threads at each end with the antigalling compound.
(c)
Install the tube nut to the smaller adapter on the actuator.
(d)
Install the tube nut to the tee on the inlet return manifold.
