PASSENGER CABIN TEMPERATURE SENSOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. Two tasks are supplied in this procedure. The first task is the removal of the passenger cabin temperature sensor. The second task is the installation of the passenger cabin temperature sensor. The passenger cabin temperature sensor will be referred to as the temperature sensor.

Supply electrical power to the airplane (Ref 24-22-00/201).

Set these switches on the P5-10 air conditioning panel to the OFF position and attach DO-NOT-OPERATE identifiers:

L PACK

(a)
Remove the electrical connector from the temperature sensor.

Remove the fasteners from the sensor flange.

Remove the gasket from the sensor duct.

Remove the plug button which closes the access hole to the middle screw.

Remove the middle screw.
(e)
Remove the screw which attaches the loop clamp to the stowage bin.
(f)
Remove the sensor assembly from the bullnose.
(g)
Remove the fasteners from the sensor flange.
(h)
Remove the sensor.
(i)
Remove the gasket from the sensor duct.
