Install the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER (98D27803500001) on the flap/slat control lever.
(3)
Put warning notices in the cockpit to tell persons not to operate the flaps or slats.
(4)
Put the safety barriers in position.

Put the adjustable access platform below the applicable wing fuel tank, zone 540(640).

Remove the applicable access panels (Ref. TASK 57-27-11-000-001) and (Ref. TASK 28-10-00-910-002):

A. Preparation for Inspection
(1) Use a clean MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), made moist with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-026), to clean the lower surfaces of the bottom skin in the area of the access panel cutouts (rib bays 8-9, 9-10, 10-11, 11-12 and 12-13).

B. Inspection
(1) Do a special detailed inspection of the upper and lower surfaces of the bottom skin. Inspect the areas of the access panel cutouts (rib bays 8-9, 9-10, 10-11, 11-12 and 12-13) (Ref. NTM 57-21-39 PART 6).
NOTE : If necessary, refer to the ASRM (Ref. ASRM 572100) for the
____ correct repair procedure. If the defect is not included in this repair, you must request a procedure from Airbus Industrie.
