(c)  Install the flap lever detent, the cover, and the lightplate: 1) Remove the flap lever cover and the lightplate restraint. 2) Put the flap lever cover and the lightplate in the correct
 position for installation. 3) Install the electrical cable clamps. 4) Turn the flap lever cover lightplate to get access to the
 flap lever cover screw holes. 5) Install the four screws into the flap lever cover. 6) Tighten the four screws. 7) Turn the flap lever lightplate into its position. 8) Install the three screws into the flap lever cover
 lightplate. 9) Tighten the three screws. 10) Install the horn CUTOUT switch knob. 11) Install the flap lever 40 unit switches on the stabilizer
 trim sprocket chain guard (AMM 27-51-94/501).
 NOTE: Make sure that the plastic insulator is installed
____ between the switch and the cable drum.
 12) Adjust the flap lever 40 unit switches (AMM 27-51-94/501). 13) Put the flap lever detent in the correct position for installation. 14) Install the four screws into the flap lever detent and the flap lever cover. 15) Tighten the four screws.
 (d)  Install the right stabilizer trim lever covers and the lightplates: 1) Remove the right stabilizer trim lever cover and the
 lightplate restraint. 2) Put the right stabilizer trim lever cover and the
 lightplate in the correct position for installation. 3) Install the electrical cable clamps. 4) Install the two screws into the right stabilizer trim lever
 cover and the lightplate.
 5) Tighten the two screws.

 (e)  
Install the thrust lever covers and seals: 1) Put the two right thrust lever covers and seals in their position for installation. 2) Install the three screws into each thrust lever cover and

 seal.
 3) Tighten the six screws.

 (f)  
Install the forward thrust lever stop: 1) Put the forward thrust lever stop in its position for

 installation. 2) Install the four screws into the forward thrust lever stop.

3)  Tighten the four screws.
 (g)  Install the aft thrust lever stop:
 CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE AFT STOP IS IN THE CORRECT
_______ POSITION. IF THE AFT STOP IS REVERSED, THE THRUST REVERSER WILL NOT OPERATE.
 1)  Put the aft thrust lever stop in its position for installation. a) Make sure the tabs on the aft stop are pointing aft and
 down. 2) Install the three screws into the aft thrust lever stop. 3) Tighten the three screws.
 (h)  
Install the aft guard plate: 1) Put the aft guard plate in its position for installation. 2) Install the two screws into the aft guard plate. 3) Tighten the two screws.

 (i)  
Install the stabilizer trim control wheels: 1) Install the left stabilizer trim control wheel on the spline shaft.

 2)  Install the right stabilizer trim control wheel on the spline shaft.
 NOTE: Handles on the stabilizer trim control wheels must
____ be 90 (|15) degrees apart when installed on the control stand.
 3) Install the bolts. a) Tighten the bolts to 150-170 inch-pounds (16.9-19.2 newton-meters).

Remove the protective cover from the Aft Electronics Panel, P8.

Supply hydraulic power (AMM 29-15-00/201).

With the reverse thrust levers in their stowed position (forward and down), move each forward thrust lever through its full travel.

 (a)  Make sure the levers move smoothly and freely without
 interference, binding, or scraping.

 (5)  Do the Normal Operations Procedure to make sure the reverse thrust levers are correctly installed (AMM 78-31-00/501).
