 entire external surface of the radome except for the band area
 that has masking tape from STA 138.6 and STA 143.6.
 (c) Let the primer coating, BMS10-79, Type II cure for 2 hours.

 (11) Apply a second coat of anti-static coating, BMS10-21, Type II to the band area only from STA 138.6 to STA 143.6.
 (a)  Let the anti-static paint dry using the accelerated cure in accordance with BAC5639.

 (12) Measure the surface resistance of the anti-static paint as follows:
 (a)  
Find 5 pairs of equidistant points in each quadrant of the anti-static paint band (20 total pairs).

 (b)
