 (1)  Remove the caps and plugs from the ports and lines.

 (2)  S 844-018Open the system shutoff valve.
 (3)  S 034-019Remove the shutoff valve knob.
 (4)  S 424-020Attach the unions with new O-rings to the shutoff valve.
 (5)  S 424-021Use the mounting screws to attach the system shutoff valve to the valve support.
 (6)  S 424-022Install the valve support and the system shutoff valve that are attached together. (a) Connect the inlet line. (b) Connect the outlet line. (c) Install the screws that attach the valve support to the structure.

 WARNING:_______YOU MUST OPEN THE VALVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT OPEN THE VALVE SLOWLY HIGH TEMPERATURES CAN OCCUR AND CAUSE AN EXPLOSION AND INJURY TO PERSONS.

In the forward cargo compartment slowly open the shutoff valve of the crew oxygen cylinder.
