A. Do the functional test of the automatic mask release.

1. At the vacuum source:
-slowly increase the pressure to 14800 ft. (4500 m).
2. At the vacuum source:
-slowly decrease the pressure to 0 ft. (0 m).
3. On the panel 50VU:
-push the TMR RESET pushbutton switch.
-release the TMR RESET
pushbutton switch.
On the panel 21VU:
-
the SYS ON indicator light comes onat 14000 + 0 -500 ft. (4260 +0 -150 m).
On all the emergency oxygen containers:
-
the doors open to the maximum permitted by the door stops.
On the panel 50VU:
-
the ON indicator light on the TMRRESET pushbutton switch comes on.
On the panel 21VU:
-
the SYS ON indicator light goes off.
On the panel 50VU:
-
the ON indicator light on the TMR RESET pushbutton switch goes off.

A. Disconnect the vacuum source and the HOSE - ADAPTER, ALTITUDE SWITCH from the altitude pressure switch 16WR.

B. Close Access
(1)
Close all the doors of the emergency oxygen containers.
(2)
Push the doors of the emergency oxygen containers to the closed position until they engage.
(3)
On the emergency oxygen containers push the test lever back to the normal position and let them retract into their containers.
NOTE : Spring tension retracts the door stops automatically when they

are in the normal position
(4) Install the altitude pressure switch 16WR (Ref. TASK 35-23-15-400-001)
NOTE : Do not disconnect the electrical connector.

(5) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

B. Close Access
(1)
Close all the doors of the emergency oxygen containers.
(2)
Turn the door stops 90 degrees to the normal position. NOTE : Spring tension will retract the door stops when they are in

the normal position.
(3)
Install the altitude pressure switch 16WR (Ref. TASK 35-23-15-400-001)
NOTE : Do not disconnect the electrical connector.

(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
