(1) Connect the 600 ohm headphone to the HEADSET or HEADPHONE jack on the voice recorder control panel M50 (P5).

(2) Connect the boom microphone to the captain's jack panel (P13)
(AMM 23-51-00).

to the BOOM position.

(a) Make sure that you hear your voice through the headphone at the
control panel.
NOTE:____ When you test the digital or solid state voice
recorder you will hear your voice in the headset as you
speak. When you test the analog or tape based voice
recorder you will hear your voice in the headset after
approximately a 0.5 second delay.
