1. 機(jī)場(chǎng)使用規(guī)定 1. AD operations regulations
a. 禁止未安裝二次雷達(dá)應(yīng)答機(jī)的航空器起
降;
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder is
forbidden;
b. 所有技術(shù)試飛需事先申請(qǐng),并在得到空
中交通管制部門批準(zhǔn)后方可進(jìn)行。
b. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and conducted only after clearance has been obtained from
ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a. 可以通過(guò)塔臺(tái)申請(qǐng)引導(dǎo)車和拖車服務(wù); a. Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available
via Tower Control;
b. 禁止航空器在滑行道上做180 度轉(zhuǎn)彎。 b. 180°turnaround on TWY is strictly forbidden for all aircraft.
3. 機(jī)坪和機(jī)位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 航空器在停機(jī)坪內(nèi)滑行必須由地面引導(dǎo)
車引導(dǎo);
a. Aircraft taxiing on apron shall be guided by follow-me
vehicles;
b. 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試車,需經(jīng)塔臺(tái)許可,并在指定
的地點(diǎn)進(jìn)行。嚴(yán)禁在客機(jī)坪試大車。
b. Engine run-ups are subject to Tower Control clearance, and
shall be conducted at a designated location. Fast engine runups
on apron are strictly forbidden.

1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)重慶進(jìn)近或塔臺(tái)特殊許可外,在重慶
進(jìn)近管制區(qū)和塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的飛行,必須按照
儀表飛行規(guī)則進(jìn)行。
Flights within Chongqing Approach Control Area and Tower
Control Area shall operate under IFR unless special clearance has
been obtained from Chongqing Approach Control or Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線通常在跑道東側(cè), 高度800-
1200 米;經(jīng)空中交通管制部門許可,可在跑
道西側(cè)進(jìn)行。
Traffic circuits shall be normally made to the east of RWY, at the
altitudes of 800m-1200m; traffic circuits to the west of RWY are
subject to ATC clearance.
