3. IFR flight procedures within Shanghai Approach Control
Area and Honqjiao Tower Control Area
嚴(yán)格按照航圖中公布的進(jìn)、離場(chǎng)程序和
ENR2.2.3 中公布的有關(guān)規(guī)定飛行。如果需
要,航空器可在空中交通管制部門(mén)指定的航
路、導(dǎo)航臺(tái)或定位點(diǎn)上空等待或做機(jī)動(dòng)飛行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts and the relevant
regulations published in subsection ENR2.2.3. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation
facility or a fix designated by ATC.

4. 雷達(dá)程序 4. Radar procedures
a. 雷導(dǎo)引導(dǎo)與排序:
通常,航空器從庵東VOR(AND)、無(wú)
錫VOR(VMB)、橫沙VOR(HSH)
等導(dǎo)航臺(tái)得到雷達(dá)引導(dǎo)和排序,直至最
后進(jìn)近航跡( ILS 、PAR 、
VOR/DME),以加速空中交通流量。考
慮到航空器的性能,按需要發(fā)出雷達(dá)引
導(dǎo)和飛行高度層/高度指令,使航空器之
間有一定的距離,以保持正確的著陸間
隔;
a. Radar vectoring and sequencing:
Normally, aircraft will be vectored and sequenced from
Andong VOR (AND), Wuxi VOR (VMB) and Hengsha VOR
(HSH) to the appropriate final approach track (ILS, PAR,
VOR/DME), so as to ensure an expeditious flow of traffic.
Instructions about radar vectors and flight levels/altitudes
will be issued, as required, for spacing and separating the
aircraft so that correct landing intervals are maintained, taking
into account aircraft characteristics;
b. 雷達(dá)監(jiān)視進(jìn)近:
18/36 號(hào)跑道的雷達(dá)監(jiān)視進(jìn)近,從10.15
千米外550 米上空開(kāi)始梯級(jí)下降,雷達(dá)
監(jiān)視進(jìn)近在距接地點(diǎn)3.5 千米處結(jié)束。
b. Surveillance radar approach :
Surveillance Radar Approach will be carried out for
RWY18/36, as step down commencing descent from 10.15km
at the altitude of 550m. Surveillance radar approach will be
terminated at 3.5km from touchdown.
